Lubas is the undisputed leader in the manufacture of polyurethane products. Thanks to its dynamic growth, after 30 years of operation, the company has found itself among global leaders and can boast of having the most extensive product portfolio in Europe.
The enterprise was established in Wieczfnia-Kolonia in the early 1990s by Wiesław Lubas, who acquired skills and experience while working at the Warsaw University of Technology as a member of a team specialising in polyurethane elastomers.
Shortly, it achieved success and became a pioneer in implementing polyurethane products. It was established as a family business and has remained one until today. Its current CEO is the founder’s son – Mariusz Lubas.
The company has a modern mechanical plant in Wieczfnia Koscielna, which consists of several process lines enabling parallel production in multiple departments. Additionally, it has its own polyurethane elastomer foundry staffed by a team of highly skilled and experienced workers.
The products manufactured by Lubas are distinguished by high quality and find application in practically every branch of industry. They display high durability, abrasion resistance, resistance to i.a. hydrolysis, seawater, temperature, high dynamic loads, and UV radiation.
They are designed to meet all technological requirements of machines and equipment used in heavy industries. What’s more, they are tailor made to solve specific customer problems.
We are present in 42 countries across six continents
Year by year, the company has been strengthening its position in the Polish market and expanding into new international markets. Directly or indirectly, it is currently present in 42 countries on 6 continents. Its products find application i.a. in the rebuilding of the Panama Canal, removing snow from the world’s largest airport in New York, and in the operations at the Sierra Gorda copper mine in Chile.
The company has been included among the most successful family businesses carefully selected by „Forbes” magazine. In 2019, it was awarded the „Outstanding Exporter” title during the 17th Congress of Polish Exporters. Its representatives have had the opportunity to participate in many important events, such as Congress 590, at which they met the President of Poland Andrzej Duda.
Moreover, Lubas regularly takes part in the key international trade fairs – held in i.a. the United Arab Emirates and Great Britain, showcasing its products as well as promoting the achievements and level of development of Poland’s economy.
