Concrete retarders 

Our product range includes innovative concrete retarders that minimise splashing, thereby saving materials. Our L-PUR® polyurethane concrete retarder is lighter and easier to handle than traditional steel elements. This product is highly resistant to abrasion and dynamic loads, resulting in a longer service life and lower maintenance costs. Importantly, we offer different variants to suit individual customer needs.

Mixers blades and scrapers 

Our company offers a wide range of interchangeable blades and scrapers compatible with most mixers on the market. The products made of L-PUR® polyurethane are extremely durable and wear-resistant, which significantly reduces operating costs. In addition, we supply covers for mixer arms and parts tailored to specific customer requirements.

In situations where polyurethane is less effective, we offer steel parts with high wear resistance, including components coated with tungsten carbide. Our products are used in a variety of industrial plants involved in the production of ready-mixed and precast concrete.

Floors and liners for mixers

We supply L-PUR® polyurethane liners designed for planetary and twin-shaft mixers. They offer excellent abrasion resistance, flexibility and ease of cleaning. They protect metal components from corrosion, dampen noise and vibration, and their flexibility allows them to fit perfectly into any type of mixer.

We offer linings made from the most popular wear-resistant cast alloys with a hardness of up to 62 HRC and multi-layer chromium steels with a hardness of up to 64 HRC. We also have less popular linings made from ceramics, manganese steel, Hardox. Solutions tailored to the specifications of each mixer, ensuring durability and reliability.
